There are two major attractions within the Living Desert Reserve – the flora and fauna sanctuary and the sculptures.
There are 12 sandstone Sculptures, all completed in 1993 by various artists from many places around the world. The Sculptures are located on a beautiful hilltop within the centre of the reserve. This beautiful area comprises of an area of 180 hectares which is bordered by a predator proof electric fence. The sanctuary was designed to provide all visitors with an insight into the Aboriginal culture of the area along with an insight into the flora and fauna of this region.
